WHAT WE DO
We help cities, developers, and institutions rethink complex urban sites—especially places shaped by industrial legacies, infrastructure, and growth. Our work spans strategy and design: from early visioning and development frameworks to site-specific proposals and public-realm concepts.
Working between Canada and China, we bridge design thinking with financial and regulatory realities. Each project is an opportunity to test new models of density, mixed use, and adaptive reuse—grounded in real constraints, but aimed at long-term environmental and cultural value.
